We are excited to announce that FS Brokers is starting a Commercial Real Estate Division within our office. Over the years we have helped our clients when they needed assistance with commercial real estate, but we never made it a point to go after that segment of the market...until now!
Why start a Boise Commercial Real Estate Division?
1. Many of the FSB agents have long expressed a desire to pursue more commercial real estate listings and to help investor clients identify great commercial properties or businesses for sale that meet their investment goals.
We made a strategic decision to hold off going after market share in these industry segments until we built the needed internal infrastructure and brought in agents with the commercial experience we needed to offer the kind of top level services we want to deliver to our clients.
You are first to hear about our new Commercial real estate division; we are announcing this news to the public next month when we showcase our new Commercial real estate website (more details on that soon...).
2. The main reason we are going after the commercial and business brokerage markets is we see a significant need for fresh new ideas and marketing tactics to these segments of the market. We see the commercial real estate market as being at least 10+ years behind the times (stuck in the past) with regards to real estate marketing and networking strategies.
We know we can offer the same level of service as other top commercial brokerages in town, but in addition offer a huge strategic advantage for clients buying or selling their commercial properties and business. We already blow the competition away in the residential market, and we seek to do the same thing in the commercial and business brokerage markets. Now we are looking for the opportunity to prove it.
