Boise Real Estate Market Update July 2014
The Boise real estate market numbers are in for July 2014. Home sales saw a decrease last month, down 7% from July of 2013. There is still a high demand for homes priced $200,000 or less, and buyers are having a hard time finding homes in the $120,000 - $160,000 category. Overall, Ada County has low inventory of homes, a 3.6 month supply, about the same as 2013. There is still a surplus of higher end homes, especially in Eagle.
New Construction prices are up. The median price for new homes rose to $311,540; up 16% from July 2013.
