Free Crawlspace Inspection

If you have ever purchased or sold a home in the past, you know that the home inspection can be the single most important factor in a buyer's decision to close a real estate transaction.  Roof damage, moisture in the attic, standing water and mold in the crawlspace, and leaky plumbing fixtures are some of the most common, and alarming items that we see on inspection reports.  These unknown property condition issues have chased many buyers away from deals in the past and have contributed to homes languishing on the market.

We recommend that home sellers conduct a complete inspection of the roof, attic, and crawlspace of their property prior to listing the property.  

A "pre-inspection"  of these critical areas gives the homeowner and listing agent an opportunity to  repair and mitigate any of the possible condition issues that would show up on the buyer's home inspection.  Further, if the homeowner is handy, he or she can handle some of the repairs themselves, saving hundreds of dollars!  More importantly, the homeowner and agent are in a more proactive position in the entire selling process.  By knowing the issues that may affect a property prior to the formal home inspection, the selling team can make a coordinated plan of attack that will ensure that the home enters the market as strongly as possible.  Remember, you only get one chance to make a first impression!
